I am currently looking into formalising a privacy statement. But for the moment, in plain english and great sincerity:
1) The website hosting or other third party service may collect data from your visit for the operation of the website and you should look at those companies policies if you want information about that.
2) As part of the operation of me running this persoanl website I don't know any of your personal data unless you provide it, such as emailing me via the contact page; I would then have your email address. I will not keep your email address and your message will be deleted after reading/responding unless you specifically give me permission to. If you do give permission, your email contact will be kept in a digital format as part of a generic mail list.
In short the only data I look at is total page views which is generic and doesn't provide me wth personal individual information of the visitor.
Please don't let this stop you getting in touch to say hi!
